Meet the partners

Gary Devendorf – managing partner, Engineer

One of the founding partners of FormTrek, Gary is well known in the software collaboration industry. Starting his career as a product manager over 20 years ago at Lotus Development, Gary came to FormTrek from the Access/InfoPath team at Microsoft. At FormTrek, Gary brings his extensive software development and product management experience to our product suite.

Randy Rempel – managing partner, Director

Randy is one of the founding partners of FormTrek, dedicated to product management and quality assurance. He has over 20 years of experience in developing migration tools for some of the most used migrations suites in the industry. He is known as one of the leading experts in migrations from such complex platforms at Lotus Notes.

Jean-Pierre Seibel – managing partner, CTO

The third of the founding partners, Jean-Pierre acts as the FormTrek CTO and is dedicated to the company’s growth and infrastructure. He also comes to FormTrek by way of Microsoft and has extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and large platform migration.

Bob Balaban – managing partner, Engineer

A 30 year veteran of the commercial software industry, Bob is the most recent addition to the executive team. Bob focuses on the format injection components of the forms migration tool. He has extensive experience in commercial software tools such as Lotus Notes.
